Appointment line - 01226 700400 - appointments are released at 8:30am Monday to Friday

To make an appointment telephone the surgery during opening hours, appointments are released daily at 8:30am (Monday to Friday)

• You have a choice of either face to face or a telephone consultation where appropriate
• Pre-bookable TELEPHONE appointments are available 2 weeks in advance, which are also available to book on-line - please note if you will require a face to face appointment please ring on the day and ask for a face to face appointment.
• Patients can also contact the surgery using the accu-rx service.
• Practice nurse clinics are held daily – please contact reception for details

We do NOT see walk in patients, neither are GP appointments booked on the front reception desk.  ALL patients are required to ring for an appointment

Extended Hours Appointments

I-heart Barnsley 365 provides extended hours care for all Barnsley practices. You can access this service Monday to Friday 4pm-6pm and Weekends and Bank Holidays 8am-9:30am. Please ring: 01226 242419

NHS 111 is also available 365 days a year for help and advice

Emergencies

Firstly, please remember that you should not hesitate to use 999 and request the help of the paramedics if the situation appears very urgent. The on-call doctor for the day is available until 6 pm and will always try and respond to urgent requests for help

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient
